Our packages are a combination of our most popular requests - like virtual meetings and video shout-outs - pre-priced in a set deliverable format for easy and instant purchasing.

They’re different to the "create" experience, where you can create any kind of custom event or campaign to present to stars at whatever budget you like.

We recommend at least two (2) days notice to give your star the best chance of completing your request.

Stars have up to ten (10) days to complete a video shoutout, after which you’ll receive a full refund.

You can enter up to three dates. The star will either accept one of those dates, suggest a new date or decline.
If they accept, you’re all good to go.
If you suggest a new date and it works for you, you’ll need to purchase a new package with that date.
If they decline, you can either buy a package from another star or create a custom request.

Packages are perfect for organisations and individuals who know exactly which star they want.

If you can't find the star you're after, chances are they just haven't had a chance to set a price yet!

Then create experience, put together what you would like the star to do, your budget and we will deliver it straight to them for their consideration.

Packages work a little differently to normal requests. Our stars have pre-agreed to the price and deliverables, so we take payment upfront to speed up the process and get you your experience even faster!

All packages have set deliverables and requirements. If you would like anything different simply create your own custom request here

Unfortunately not. Packages are perfect for personal and internal purposes such as birthday gifts, internal work meetings, or small gatherings.

Commercial purposes includes using these for promotional purposes, posting on social media, use in marketing, displaying on websites and creating ticketed events. However, we can still help you with these requests. Simply submit a custom request and Pickstar will help from there. Unsure if your event or use case is commercial?

Unfortunately not. As the star has pre-agreed to a price and deliverables, there is no further negotiation through our packages. If you are unable to book straight away, we would recommend using the “create” experience, or get in touch with our friendly staff.

No stress! You won't have to pay for any experience where a star is unable to fulfil a request or package. Depending on the package type, you will either receive a refund or any holds on your card will be relinquished.
